Base on years’ experience in tungsten carbide producing, we offers
sintering furnace to also competitors and sell sintering furnace in
the market, starting from sintering furnace in sintering cemented
carbide products, then expended to MIM(Metal Injection Moulding)
industry, gold sintering, cermet sintering(metal-ceramic) etc.
Classified by the working pressure inside the furnace, there are
vacuum sintering furnace and pressure sintering furnace.
Vacuum sintering furnace sinter products inside without any
pressure. In most conditions, graphite is used for the heating and
loading box, but in some conditions, the molybdenum shield is used.
Pressure sintering furnace/ Sinter HIP furnace
Sintering in pressure can make the product structure more density,
can avoid air hole inside sintered products. Hence pressure
sintering is applied in many industries, especially in the cemented
carbide industry, vacuum sintering furnace is replaced or is going
to be replaced by pressure furnace.

Delivery time: 2 to 6 months depends on the model and the final
detail configuration confirmed by customer.
Assemble: We will despatch one or two engineers to your site to
help assemble, test and adjust the sintering furnace systems.
Warranty: 1 year warranty, all problems will be fixed for free in
case correct operation, after one year, the maintenance will last
for lifetime long with components charged.
