Flat end mill can remove large quantity of workpiece blank material
quickly, can semip-finish or rough milling of horizontal plane,
profile, groove. Because of the general application character, flat
end mill is more popular then other type of end mill.
There are 2 flute(for key slot milling), 3 flute(for aluminum or
copper milling), 4 flute(general milling), 6 flute(special
application most in customize) flat end mills. 4 flute flat end
mill is the most general flat end mills.
4 flute carbide end mills have high rigidity, small chip removal
capacity, they are specially for semi-finish milling and finish
milling.
